Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Meeting for Zone Change Application on Mt. Carmel Road

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, February 6, 2020 in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 2-2020 Anderson, for the property located at 3464 Mt. Carmel Road (Book 500, Page 72, Parcel 48), in Anderson Township, from “AA” Single Family Residence to “A-2” Single Family Residence, proposed by Mark Walker of Walker & Associates, on behalf of Bee Holdings Limited Partnership, property owner. The purpose of this zone change is for a 12-lot single-family subdivision. 

The application concept plan is attached, and plans will be available at the Planning and Zoning Department, Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
