BOARD OF TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES
ANDERSON TOWNSHIP
HAMILTON COUNTY, OHIO
The Board of Township Trustees met in regular session at 7:30
p.m. this 15th day of July, 1999, with the following members present:
Russell L. Jackson, Jr.
Michael L. Walton
Peggy D. Reis
Mrs. Reis introduced the following resolution and moved its
passage:
R E S O L U T I O N N O. 9 9 - 0 7 1 5 – 0 3
RESOLUTION APPROVING
ANDERSON TRAILS PLAN AND RELATED REVISIONS
WHEREAS, the Anderson Township Transportation Advisory
Committee has prepared the Anderson Trails Plan that describes a network of
pedestrian pathways in the Township; the plan was presented in public meetings
on May 13, May 17, May 19, and May 25; the plan was revised to reflect public
comment, and presented at the regular meeting of the Anderson Township Zoning
Commission at a joint meeting with the Development Advisory Committee on June
28; and the Zoning Commission and the Development Advisory Committee each
approved the plan unanimously with attached comments to the plan; and
WHEREAS, at the same meeting and in the same action, the
Zoning Commission and the Development Advisory Committee each approved revisions
to the Bicycle System Map of the Township's Transportation Plan, which revisions
were made largely to avoid duplication of separate bicycle and sidewalk
facilities along the same roads; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Township Trustees of Anderson Township
("Board") held a public hearing on the Anderson Trails Plan on July 15, 1999;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Board of Township Trustees hereby
approves the Anderson Trails Plan and the revisions to the Bicycle System Map as
amendments to the Townships Land Use Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board hereby finds and
determines that all formal actions of this Board concerning and relating to the
passage of the resolution were taken in open meetings of this Board, and that
all deliberations of this Board and of any of its committees that resulted in
such formal actions were taken in meetings open to the public, in compliance
with all legal requirements, including (without implied limitations) Ohio
Revised Code Section 121.22, except as otherwise permitted thereby.
Mr. Walton seconded the motion, and the roll being called
upon the question of passage, the vote resulted as follows:

The undersigned, duly elected and acting Township Clerk of
Anderson Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, hereby certifies that the foregoing is
a true copy of a Resolution duly passed at a regular meeting of the Board of
Township Trustees of said Township on the 15th day of July, 1999,
together with a true record of the roll call vote thereon, and that said
Resolution has been duly entered upon the Journal of said Township.
