The Anderson Township Development Advisory Committee (DAC) is an advisory body appointed by, and directly responsible to, the Anderson Township Board of Trustees. It assists the Zoning Commission and the Township Trustees with management of zoning cases and land use issues by providing technical advice and recommendations.

It also constitutes a forum on land use matters through which the views of the citizens of the Township may be heard, considered and communicated to participants in the Township zoning decision-making process. It is intended that the DAC review proposals at the earliest stage possible in an attempt to communicate the township's land use policies, as well as any site design recommendations prior to significant private investment.
